• BlazeTerra sells StarCharge products, which come with up to 12 years warranty under StarCharge’s terms.
• Products must be installed, operated, and maintained according to StarCharge and manufacturer guidelines.
• BlazeTerra and StarCharge are not liable for defects due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repair, force majeure, wear and tear, or abuse.

6. Service & Installation

• Any installation services provided by BlazeTerra will be agreed upon with a separate service contract.
• Labor, travel, and additional installation costs are excluded from product pricing, unless otherwise stated.

7. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, BlazeTerra’s and StarCharge’s liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products. Under no circumstance shall BlazeTerra be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of income.

8. Third-Party Links
Our site may include links to third-party sites (e.g. StarCharge, Schneider Electric). BlazeTerra is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
